Where does Night In ship?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. for the following 29 states: Alabama (AL), Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), District of Columbia (DC), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Idaho (ID), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Iowa (IA), Louisiana (LA), Maryland (MD), Mississippi (MS), Nevada (NV), New Jersey (NJ), New Mexico (NM), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Oklahoma (OK), Pennsylvania (PA), Rhode Island (RI), South Carolina (SC), Texas (TX), Virginia (VA), Washington (WA), Wisconsin (WI).

If you complete an order with a P.O. Box address, you will be contacted to give us a different address to ship to.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $12.99. Discounted shipping ($6.99) for orders over $60.

Why there's no Free shipping?
Due to federal regulations, we are only able to ship to customers who are over the age of 21. And someone over the age of 21 must be home to receive and sign the package. This service incurs an additional shipping cost.

Additionally, to be compliant with the US law, we must fulfill all orders through a Third Party Service provider, which adds on an extra layer of fees. We are only able to offer discounted shipping fee rather than free shipping to cover all of these services.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Someone 21 years of age or older MUST be available at your address to sign for your delivery. 

Packages containing alcohol cannot be left at an address without a signature. Delivery will be attempted 3 times total, then the package will be returned to us. Should this occur, you will be charged $40 if you request a redelivery of your order.

*We strongly recommend ordering to your place of work if you’re typically not home throughout the day. 

How long does shipping take? 

Orders ship within 2-5 business days, and typically arrive in 3-15 business days. You will receive an email notification when the order has left our facility. Please note that tracking information may not update until the package has arrived at the final delivery center.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer refunds or replacements for any products that are damaged upon arrival.
